Completely safe. We utilize local HTML5 processing, meaning the invoice is created dynamically inside your own browser. We do not track, intercept, or upload your sensitive billing information to any external server.
3. Can I add GST or specific Taxes?
Yes. Under the 'Totals' tab, you can input any tax percentage (like 18% GST). The system will automatically calculate the tax amount based on the subtotal and adjust the final payable amount.
4. Does it work perfectly on Mobile devices?
Yes, we have optimized the interface to be fully mobile-responsive. You can effortlessly generate, preview, and download invoices straight from your smartphone or tablet while on the go.
5. How do I download the invoice as a PDF?
After finalizing your details, click the 'Print / Save PDF' button. Your browser's print dialog will open; simply change the print destination to 'Save as PDF' to download your crisp, A4-sized invoice file.
6. Can I change the default currency symbol?
Absolutely. In the 'Totals' section, you can delete the default '₹' symbol and type in '$', '£', '€', or any custom currency letters. The table will instantly reflect the changes.
7. What happens if I refresh my browser page?
Since this is a privacy-first tool and no data is saved on our servers, refreshing the page will reset all fields to their default state. Make sure you download your PDF before closing or refreshing the tab.
8. Can I add unlimited line items?
Yes, you can click the 'Add New Item' button as many times as necessary. The invoice table will dynamically expand, and all mathematical calculations will adapt accordingly.
9. Is this format suitable for formal/corporate clients?

10. Can I remove an item if I made a mistake?
Yes, in the 'Items' tab, every generated item block has a red 'X' button in the top right corner. Clicking it will instantly delete that item and recalculate the grand total.
